Wollega University paves a path to early success in graduate studies by opening various programs in different modality and options. Holding up the banner "Excellence and Innovation in graduate studies" we are running the postgraduate program through Career Integrated Program (CIP) at the weekend and summer (Kiremt) programs in various fields. Just to mention the programs: Business Administration, Public administration, Animal Science, Plant Breeding, Plant Protection, Agriculture Economics, Oromo Language and Literature and Teaching English as a Foreign Language. This course consists of concepts and case studies relevant to their field of study.

- Applicants for admission to Post Graduate Programs should hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a any discipline from recognized higher learning institutions for MBA and MPA programs.
- For other Post Graduate programs applicant must hold a bachelor degree in concerned area
- Applicants must pass written and oral entrance exams and fully satisfy the academic rules and regulation of the Wollega University.
The University was started post graduate programs in the 2010/11(2003 EC) academic year and committed to provide high quality education with flexible learning programs .The curriculum combines latest academic knowledge with international competencies.
